CFCC Veteran Services

We could not be prouder to share that CFCC has received the 2026-2027 Military Friendly® School designations as a Top Ten Large Community College and a Military Spouse Friendly School.

In 2025, our Veterans Services supported 1,093 students, a 22% increase over the previous year. CFCC also opened a new Veterans Support Center in Surf City and expanded VA benefits to include CDL Truck Driving and EMT programs.

CFCC is planning a special panel series this April in recognition of America’s 250th birthday, and we are looking for local veterans and military family members who are willing to share their stories!

We are seeking participants who served, or family members of those who served, during the following eras:
World War II
Korean War
Vietnam War
Modern conflicts, including Iraq and Afghanistan

These panels will focus on personal experiences, service, and reflections across generations. The goal is to help preserve local military history while honoring those who have served our country.
