🏆🎉 What an incredible night celebrating our student athletes at our Athletic Celebration! We were proud to honor our amazing teams in cheerleading 📣, girls basketball 🏀, boys soccer ⚽, baseball ⚾, volleyball 🏐, and boys & girls lacrosse 🥍.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our dedicated coaches for the countless hours, leadership, encouragement, and support you give our students both on and off the field/court. ❤️👏

And a BIG shoutout to our scholar athletes 📚⭐ who maintained a 3.1 GPA throughout their athletic season! Your commitment to excellence in the classroom and in athletics is something to truly celebrate. We are so proud of all of you! 🎓💪

Dani Zezelj-Gualdi, violin and viola instructor at UNCW and director of the UNCW Community Music Academy, shared information about the exciting Strings Summer Camp opportunity available for students.

Students are encouraged to apply, and scholarships are available! Families may request financial assistance using the email address provided on the website.

🌟 Mrs. Thompson's 8th Grade Early Childhood Development students were awarded a grant to create STEM learning stations for preschool children to explore, interact, and learn through hands-on activities! 🧩🔬📚

This incredible opportunity led to an outreach partnership with College Road Early Childhood Center and collaboration with Principal Manis and her amazing team 🤝✨

Students learned how to connect with younger learners, received valuable feedback from teachers, toured the center, and gained insight into early childhood education as part of their culminating project 🎓🍎

Both the little learners and our middle school students learned so much and had an absolute blast through this amazing partnership! 💙💛
