Winter Park Elementary

We spy Ms. Lineberry doing big things! Winter Park is so lucky to have her as part of our school family.

Today we celebrated our awesome fifth graders with different stations around the building, pizza & popsicles outside, yearbook signing, Staff v Students kickball, and a cool Sunset Slush treat to top it all off. Every student was also gifted a special Winter Park Fifth Grade t-shirt courtesy of our friends at 🩵

Don’t forget graduation is tomorrow morning! The ceremony starts promptly at 8:00 AM, and seating begins at 7:40. We’re a little misty-eyed already 🥹.

🎨🏆 Congratulations to Bailee on having her artwork selected for the District Art Awards!

Her piece was chosen as one of only 11 works in the entire district to be transformed into a canvas and displayed at the Board of Education building or Dr. Barnes’ office throughout the year.

We are so proud of Bailee for this outstanding achievement and grateful to Mrs. Prey ( ) for inspiring and supporting our student artists. 🤍🐬

EOG Reminders! 🧠💡

So much joy filled our hallways today during our annual End of Year Parade. 🥳 Thank you to all of our family and friends for coming to cheer us on. We always say it’s better when we’re together, and today was a true representation of that. Let’s finish strong!

What a treat to get to watch these awesome seniors walk through Winter Park one more time today. 🎓 We are so proud of you, and wish you all the best on your next adventure. 🐬 Once a dolphin, always a dolphin!

Yet another amazing project coming out of the Winter Park Art room. 🎨 These fifth grade students made some incredibly detailed candy boxes, complete with air dry clay chocolates inside. 💝

Thank you to everyone who played a part in making Teacher Appreciation week so special 🤍 Winter Park Staff surely felt all the love!

At the Board of Education meeting this week, our school was one of the few recognized for our work supporting military-connected students and their families. Thank you Mrs. McCoy for leading this effort! We’ll now proudly display our Purple Star banner.
