The Wilmington College Food Symposium was launched in 2010 as a forum through which conversations about food, food security, nutrition, food access, and food communities could thrive. Wilmington College is home to the only private 4-year agriculture program in the state of Ohio. With a diverse student-operated farm specializing in conventional crops, specialty crops, equine, livestock and more, th

e campus is busy with farm activities year round. The Food Symposium represents an outreach opportunity to connect the college to its external community.
