Is The FIRE Calling You?

When was the first time you felt the fire?

Maybe it was your first Firewalk. Or maybe you've only seen it in pictures and videos. Or maybe you've always felt that deep connection anytime you're near it.

We spend a lot of time, energy, and money trying to "motivate" ourselves to do the things we want and need to do.

It never made sense to me. Because it doesn't work.

What made sense was understanding the underlying pattern - so I could break free from it and, more importantly, learn to coach myself.

It's like being an NFL QB. You drill your mechanics, but you also have to read the defense, manage the pocket, and control your state in real time. Skill isn't enough.

You have to know how to put yourself in the emotional state that actually produces the outcome.

Most people just hope they'll end up in the right emotional state.
But hope is not, and never will be, a strategy.
