Translation Services Translation Services • Ramiro Sanchez was born in Cartago, Costa Rica. He expanded his studies at the university and moved back to United States.

He moved with his family to Wilmington, North Carolina and graduated as first Latin American student at Topsail High School in 1984. He attended UNCW for 2 years and moved back home where he gained lots of experience teaching English and Science as a Second Language in the school system. He worked for Cape Fear Community College as a Spanish and ESL instructor teaching both languages in different levels. Ramiro Sanchez has also been in business administration in Wilmington for almost 15 years and volunteered his personal time in helping Hispanic immigrants in the community. Currently a Translator/Interpreter for immigration attorneys in Wilmington, Raleigh and New Bern, North Carolina. Contact him at [email protected]

Make sure to check and read the translations of important documents, such as birth certificates that some agencies or translators do in Wilmington, especially for the Deferred Action process. I was able to access one this afternoon and a person from a recognized organization in Wilmington only translates the personal information on the document and leaves out important information that it contains.

The Department of Homeland Security provided additional information on the deferred action for childhood arrivals process during a national media call in preparation for the August 15 implementation date. USCIS expects to make all forms, instructions, and additional information relevant to the deferred action for childhood arrivals process available on August 15, 2012. USCIS will then immediately begin accepting requests for consideration of deferred action for childhood arrivals.
