This week is National Assistant Principal Week. While we are on spring break, we have a special week of recognition planned for next week.

We can’t wait to celebrate Mr. Wright and thank him for all he does each and every day for our students, staff, and school community. 🐻🎉🐻

Baltz Bears are wearing orange today for unity in recognition of National Bully Prevention Month. 🐻🧡

October is National Bullying Prevention Month, and at Red Clay, we’re taking a stand together for kindness, inclusion, and respect. 💪💙

Bullying prevention starts with awareness and continues with action. Whether standing up for a friend, choosing words that lift others, or reporting when something isn’t right, each of us creates safe, supportive spaces for students to learn and grow.

Let’s use our voices to spread kindness and remind one another that everyone deserves to feel valued and respected. 💛
Together, we can make our schools places where every student belongs.

Hispanic Heritage Night at Baltz was an incredible celebration of music, culture, and community. Thank you to our Diversity Committee for planning such a special evening, to the staff volunteers who made it possible, and to the families who joined us. A special thank-you to the staff and students who created the amazing posters and door decorations that filled the gym with color, pride, and creativity. The night featured food trucks, a DJ, a beautiful song performance by one of our parents, a special read aloud shared by our librarian, and activity stations highlighting Hispanic countries and cultures. It was an evening rich with connection and belonging. 🐻🎉💙

Ms. Rooney is a remarkable educator who embodies the true spirit of teaching and learning. Her joy for teaching, love for students, and commitment to excellence reflect what it means to Thrive at Baltz. Every Bear truly thrives in her hive each day. Ready, Set, Thrive - MTSS Attendance Spirit Week Incentive: These Baltz Bears were randomly selected from a drawing of students who attended school every day last week and earned a special Lunch Bunch! In their community circles, students also learned about the importance of being present each day for learning and belonging, because in our hive, every bear thrives when we are together. 🐻💙🌱

MTSS Attendance spirit week was so much fun: Thrive unity, Twin Day, Team Colors, Dress Like a Teacher, and Fan Friday! Way to go, Baltz! 🐻🌱🎉

On Friday, student leaders taught us about the schoolwide expectations during our Thrive Pep Rally! A visit from the Baltz Bear made the assemblies extra special! 🐻🌱💙
