-Huge dome of HIGH pressure will keeps tropical system well
south of the Gulf Coast states (TX to FL)
-Cancun, Jamaica, Haiti, and Puerto Rico need to watch
-No Problems...through October 23rd for the USA.

Northern Delaware Flash Flood Warning will be ongoing for the next 1-2 hours. The training of storms is from Debby as the moisture at low levels surges north. Be safe all.

FULL EAST COAST UPDATE (FL TO ME) (DEBBY)
7:00 AM EST SATURDAY UPDATE
-Storm shifted south side of Cuba due to mountains
-Track further west due to new center of the storm
-Greatest Impact could be low populated area of FL
-Possible chance it makes landfall as a Category 1 hurricane
-Debby could stall or drift near GA & SC coasts
-Due to proximity to land GA to DE (No Rapid Intensification)
-If the track stays slow Heavy Rain Possible DELAWARE
-Forecast more uncertain SC & North (Due to Timeframe)
-Rainfall Map is a Blend of all the weather models

What a great time in New Castle DE on Friday. Wilmington Manor Elementary did very well.
Our National Tour of The Planet Earth Challenge continues with Denver Colorado up next in 19 days.
Schools are competing for a pizza party and a super cool trophy.
Every school competing receives (1) seedling tree per 100 students. They plan to plant the trees on the playground or other school location.
