Congratulations to Talley 8th grade Tigers Janelle Munn, Lila Chan, Charlotte Buckmaster and Maryella Rivera!

This group worked extremely hard to create a meaningful initiative as part of Project Citizen during their 7th grade year. The dynamic group achieved the rank of "Exceptional" at the National Showcase for their thoughtful presentation regarding the elimination of bullying in Delaware schools.

Special thanks to Senora Lopez for overseeing the group as they formulated a plan and brought it to fruition.

We are so proud to see our scholars building their legacies!

Congratulations, Jaiden!

We are so proud to celebrate Talley 8th grade student, Jaiden Donato, for being selected as a 2026 recipient of the Delaware Smash Sportsmanship Award and Scholarship in honor of Billie Jean King and Jeffrey Harrison

This special award recognizes student-athletes who demonstrate outstanding character both on and off the tennis court. Jaiden will be recognized at the Delaware Smash Annual Fall Benefit on September 10.

Welcome Back, Talley Tigers!

We are so excited to kick off another LEGENDARY year at Talley Middle School! Here’s what our first few days will look like:

Wednesday, August 26 – 6th Grade Only
Our newest Tigers get the school all to themselves! This is a chance for our 6th graders to learn the building, meet their teachers, practice their schedules, and get comfortable at Talley before everyone arrives.

Thursday, August 27 – ALL TIGERS ARE BACK!
We officially welcome our 7th and 8th graders back and bring the whole Talley family together! Students will continue getting settled, reconnecting, and getting ready for an amazing year.

Friday, August 28 – Regular Schedule Begins
It’s time to get ROAR-ing! We will begin our regular bell schedule with a '1" Day.

Come ready to learn, lead, connect, and make your mark. We can’t wait to see our halls filled with Tigers again!
