A passing score in the high 70s or 80s generally equates to a passing score on the actual exam!

Hey future educators! We hope you’re soaking up the summer sunshine ☀️—but we want to share the opportunity to take a full-length, timed Praxis Core practice exam right here on campus. This is a great way to assess your progress and build test-day confidence.

The Watson Student Leaders hosted Mock Parent/Guardian-Teacher Conferences on the afternoon of March 22nd. We’d like to thank all the wonderful partnership teachers who helped out as our mock-parents! Also, a big thank you to Watson’s Ed Lab team, who provided training for students prior to the event.

WSL had four rounds of mock conferences with a variety of scenarios they might see in a classroom. Then everyone gathered to share feedback and ask any follow-up questions from our guests. The Watson Student Leaders were so excited to have real-life advice from current teachers and enjoyed the opportunity to hone their future teacher skills!

Are you curious about Praxis Core? Join us to learn more about Praxis Core and tips for studying. Info session begins at 4pm but drop in as you can until 6pm to see sample exam problems and study resources. Join us in EB246 or Zoom (link in Resource Hub).
