I have a lot of respect for some of these "hollywood" personal trainers, However, i do not recommend as a personal trainer to spend the money on this new " 10 minutes workout" I highly disagree with it. My reason for that is, you need at least 30 minutes of cardio to actually lose weight.
Good Afternoon everyone, Just watched a commercial on tv in relations to getting the abs you want. Those machines that promises you abs will not work unless you lose all the fat around the belly. So don't be fooled by these commercials, cardio is by far the only way to lose the fat around the belly. Not the machines.
