Vermont Valley Tae Kwon Do We are a martial arts, and fitness area for children and adults. We offer Tae kwon do Tae Kwon Do with Master F. Griffis. All instructors are qualified.

School started in Jacksonville, Vermont in 1990 by Jeanette Linnehan. It moved to Wilmington, Vermont at it’s current location in 1992 and is run by both
owners/instructors. Both Owner/Instructors are Master Degree Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do who received their Black Belts from Green Mtn. They have both also received their Black Belts in Combat Hapkido. The sc

hool is open to ages 4-adult, male and female. Our philosophy is to teach everyone at their ability. To teach students to reach for their dreams. To show them they can achieve what they set out to do. We believe that our school is one great big family here to support each other attain to the fullest of their potential. Both Masters are CPR certified. We encourage feedback.
