They also competed in fun "Summer Olympic" games and used their thinking skills to create their own version of the Statue of Liberty using plastic cups, foil, and accessories!

Each spring, 8th graders across the Diocese of Raleigh are invited to Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral in Raleigh to celebrate Mass with Bishop Luis!
Our students listened to the bishop's message of encouragement and hope as they prepare to conclude this chapter of their lives and begin a new one in high school.
Please keep our 8th graders in your prayers this week as they will graduate on Thursday! May their time at St. Mark continue to bear good fruit and draw others closer to Christ!
