The AFRO sends condolences to the friends and family of all those who died in the plane crash that occurred just before landing at Reagan National Airport on Jan. 29. The a incident took place after a Black Hawk helicopter collided with the aircraft as it attempted to land.

Danasia Elder (right), a flight attendant for American Airlines, and Howard University School of Law Professor Kiah Duggins (left) were just two of 67 people killed in the tragedy.
