This job was a dream fulfilled. I loved every minute of the collaboration with the owners to make this Carolina Beach duplex (10 bedrooms total! Each side sleeps 16) ready for the upcoming vacation season. And a huge thank you to .fox.realtor for the backup and support provided during this process.

It’s no secret, I love a challenge. So when presented with the layouts to these 4 bedroom, one flex room beach houses, I jumped at the opportunity to source some creative sleeping and seating options. These blue chairs fold open to a twin size bed. The gray chair has a hidden compartment that lifts out, lay down the back rest and voila another twin size bed 🤩 And the ottomans tucked under the dining room console support the full weight that a dining chair does, and is the same seat height as the chairs.

Some of the best finds for these beach house rentals came from A pretty lamp for the desk/vanity corner in one of the bedrooms, brand new washable rugs, coastal wall art and woven placemats are just a few of the things ➡️ to see and if you haven’t been there to shop you are missing out!

Water views complimented with some unique finds locally. I’m calling it a Boho Beach. So excited to start sharing these sneak peeks into what I’ve been up to lately and a new service I’m launching. Stay tuned…

If I’ve got to label and fold 35,000 sets of sheets, at least the view is pretty fabulous ☀️🌊

Spent the morning with these 3 beauties looking for the bees 🐝 and enjoying nature. Brunch was pretty delicious too 😋 I am grateful every day for my business and all of the people I have met and worked with over the years. I especially love when they become family and we make memories outside of work 🥰

I loved being able to help tackle this long overdue walk-in attic, that up until we got it the “walk-in” was in name only. But not anymore. How about those pics? 👀

It’s hard to believe the summer is coming to an end and our kids are back at it (or headed back next week) 🚌Whether this makes you happy or sad, I can guarantee a refreshed pantry gives off those good feelings 🪄Nothing like knowing what you have, making space for school snack and lunch items and clearing out the expired product to put a smile on your face. Just me? 🤓
