In March, the Biden School’s Center for Community Research & Service kicked off its first round of CDI Mid-Atlantic Training—bringing together people committed to building stronger communities.

A big thank you to West Side Grows Together for welcoming our Year 3 participants and giving us a thoughtful tour of Wilmington’s Westside. We had the chance to see firsthand where real impact is happening—including the Rodney Street Reservoir and Lifelines, a housing initiative supporting youth aging out of foster care.

It was a great reminder that this work is about connection, collaboration, and showing up for one another. Grateful to learn alongside people who care deeply about the communities they serve.
