Caregivers who are struggling with grief and deep trauma, I am not speaking to you. Yet my thoughts toward you is you will experience soothing peace within more and more because you can. Even in the darkest moments keep resting when needed and getting help to move through the moves as possible til you are strengthened 🙏🏾🧡

Now I am speaking to those of us who keep allowing specific situations to drain you to often.

At some point you must get the support you want. . . And make the shift and lessen the emotional depression.

As “Caregivers” we have to pay attention to your spiritual clues to simple O to wants draining you!!!! We wil discuss more tomorrow for my big surprise!
