Tonight is Lower School Back to School Night, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome our LS students and families back to campus! We’ve missed you and can’t wait to reconnect, kick off a new year, and get ready for all that’s ahead! Event kicks off at 6PM!

We have a celebrity in our midst! 🌟 Our very own Brian Johnson, Middle School Math Teacher, made an appearance on WWAY TV to celebrate the grand opening of Wilmington’s new Wawa !

We’re sure he’ll be happy to sign autographs all year long! 😉

Faculty and staff are officially back on campus, getting ready to welcome our students and kick off a new school year! From planning lessons and preparing classrooms to reconnecting with colleagues and getting excited for what’s ahead, there’s plenty happening behind the scenes.

Huge congratulations to our Fall 2025 CFA Varsity Volleyball team for earning the AVCA Team Academic Award for the 10th consecutive year! 🎉

Not only that, but for the 9th straight year, our team made the AVCA Academic Honor Roll, placing their GPA in the Top 20% nationally, a distinction shared by only 13 high school programs in all of North Carolina! 🏆📊

And the hard work didn't stop in the classroom. This season, our team:

🏐 Finished 15-6 overall in the regular season

💥 Made CFA’s first NCISAA State Semifinal appearance since 2000!
