Erdman Head Start Center Our center, a branch of the Community Action Program, focuses on quality care and education, striving to meet our community's needs.

We're committed to offering enriching programs for children 3 to 5 years old. Clinton County Head Start recognizes that the family, community, and staff contribute to the child's total development and Head Start experience. We concetrate in the areas of Health, Nutrtion, Education, Social Services and Parent Involvement. As the family is fundamental to the child's development, parents play an important role in developing policies, volunterring their time and other program participation. The Head Start Program is based on the premise that all children share certain needs and that children of low-income families, in particular, can benefit from a comprehensive development program to meet those needs.

Continuing to shout out to the folks at the Clinton County Foundation/Healthfirst. Little sample of our pets, our kitty Luna and our little Gecko Blaze. The kids are learning so much not only about the different animals but about kindness, gentleness, self-control and love. Classroom pets are the best!
