Clinton County Head Start recognizes that the family, community, and staff contribute to the child's total development and Head Start experience. We concetrate in the areas of Health, Nutrtion, Education, Social Services and Parent Involvement. As the family is fundamental to the child's development, parents play an impo
rtant role in developing policies, volunterring their time and other program participation. The Head Start Program is based on the premise that all children share certain needs and that children of low-income families, in particular, can benefit from a comprehensive development program to meet those needs.
