If you are feeling a little bored, try reading alone, recording a story with sound effects (have a friend or two join you to make this even more fun) for someone else or try making a puppet show using socks (or real puppets, if you have them) of a story you like. If you are REALLY BORED, give yourself some homework and then make yourself do it.

Every day spent in school with the children of Wilmington has been special, personal and shared. The days were special because each one offered the opportunity to learn more about the young citizens of Wilmington and their families. The days were personal because being a teacher and a principal were and continue to be my personal life goals. The days were shared because not only did the teachers and I share what we knew with the students but also because the students shared their perspectives with us. This is my grateful good-bye to you. I wish you the greatest success in all you do, good health and a safe passage through your days. If you think of me now and then, please send a smile and positive thoughts my way.
