The first ever Youth Development Back to School Bash was the perfect way to close summer and get everyone excited for the new year.

The event was a collaborative effort by Elements - Youth Support & Enrichment Program, CIS Cape Fear, Nourishnc, Coastal Horizons Center, New Hanover County Government, NC and the school district to ensure partners focused on serving students knew about each other's services and how to pull together to offer kids extra support.
