Intersections of Pride Foundation

It's almost Pride Month and you know what that means! It's our 5th Annual Wilmington Pride March!! Let's make sure this year is bigger and better than ever. Bring your voices, bring your signs, and bring your wonderful true selves!

As always, we'll meet at the Carvel State Building on French Street in Wilmington Delaware and march to the Delaware Historical Society.

I'd love some speakers to come out and talk to the crowd so if you know anyone, have them join us! Share this post and let's get ready to shine!

Wow! We are now at $130 of our $400 goal. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We are hoping to reach our goal by end of next week. Then we will be putting together items to distribute.

Again, if you're unable to financially support our efforts, check out the list of items and if you can get them to the people during the week or weekend that would be great.

Also, please contact Friendship House for ways to help them in their efforts for the residents of Christina Park.

Regardless of where they come from or their age or anything else, it takes a village to uplift people. That's what we must do and that's the mission of Intersections of Pride Foundation.

Hello all! We are raising money to provide essential items to the unhoused residents at Christina Park. We have a goal of $400. Any amount helps. Please donate, like, and share our pop-up fundraiser. Thank you.

Yesterday, our Founder, DeShanna Neal, our Community Outreach Coordinator, Lucien Neal, our Program Coordinator, Trinity Neal, and our two Youth Volunteers, Hyperion and Thane Neal, went down to Christina Park. Together they helped place tarps on tents and showed the unhoused residents how to fix them in case they need to. They also provided much needed hygiene products (please send more feminine hygiene products if you can).

The food currently provided is not edible. They have what should be frozen meals that require a microwave, sitting in the sun, there was no water, and the bread was stale.

They also provided a HUGE tomato pie and bottled water. They were able to feed all who was there.

This was so sad to see and they plan to go back this week. Please consider supporting financially so they can get more items to take back. This is boots on the ground work and is much needed.
