The Brooklyn Arts Music Academy, BAMA, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) classically-based, community music school founded in 2018 for charitable and educational purposes providing music instruction that benefits students far beyond the realm of music. BAMA’s passionate, experienced faculty prepares students for successful music careers or a gratifying life-long love of music. They also nurture students to develop positive character traits to help them grow into better global citizens.

Lessons are available at free and reduced rates for the August 2026–July 2027 school year on violin, viola, cello, harp, and piano.
