Heidi brings creativity, knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping students grow and succeed. From kindergarten screenings to supporting students as they prepare to transition out of high school, she finds meaningful ways to build communication, language, and social skills while helping students recognize their own value and potential. 💬

Her dedication extends beyond her work with students. Through years of service, Heidi has become a valued part of the Fairfield Local Schools community, making a positive impact on students and staff alike.

From fresh, locally grown foods to school gardens and hands-on learning, Farm to School helps students discover where their food comes from while building healthy habits and connecting with their local communities.

These opportunities also support local farmers and bring schools and communities together!

Behind every educator’s professional growth is a lot of learning, planning, and progress. That’s where our Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) comes in!

Our LPDC supports educators throughout the licensure renewal process by reviewing professional development and continuing education activities, helping educators understand licensure requirements, and making sure their professional learning aligns with the requirements set by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce.

Whether an educator is working toward renewing a license, completing professional development hours, or planning their next steps, our LPDC is here to help make the process easier to navigate.

We’re proud to support the educators who continue learning, growing, and making a difference for students across our region! 🍎✨
