Thanks to our friends at Elon University for this wonderful article about the virtual research mentoring (VRMM) workshop we held on campus at UNC Wilmington along with our colleagues from North Carolina A&T State University. The pilot event in June was the direct outcome of an IN/CO Round 3 grant project. Stay tuned for the Round 4 RFP - to be released in September. More details coming soon!
Elon students, faculty participate in CAA Health Science Research Scholars Program Mark Dobson '24 and Olivia Halperin '26 are CAA Health Science Research Scholars, a program aimed at increasing high-quality undergraduate research and mentoring. They and Elon faculty attended a summer workshop to strengthen virtual mentoring experiences.
