✨ Mirror, Mirror… Who Do I See? ✨🪞

Our Infants through Twos had so much fun exploring mirrors and discovering the many faces they can make! 😊😮😜

Mirror play is more than just adorable—it supports important early development! As our little learners watched their reflections, copied expressions, and experimented with different faces, they were building:

💜 Self-Awareness – Beginning to recognize themselves and their unique features
😊 Social-Emotional Development – Exploring emotions and facial expressions
👀 Cognitive Development – Discovering cause and effect as their reflection moves with them
🗣️ Language Development – Connecting words like happy, sad, silly, and surprised with expressions.
