A lovely, fun and creative skill building day at Concorde Espresso Courtyard at Front Street Inn. We focused on the extended sunporch and part of the inn. Ha, ha! More angles, windows, brick & greenery. A student is missing today, but we have a make up day in the Plan. Terrific work students!!

Sketch with me here on Thursday, May 7. We will go step-by-step! The tranquil Japanese Garden, an area at The Arboretum in Wilmington NC. The sun did peek out from the clouds, but the scene is entirely in the shade! Scan the code to register!

A cloudy day and no shadows! The Nursery at Shelton Herb Farm is on an historic farm property in Leland, and that of late Dr. Goodman. My favorite building at the nursery is this mule and hay barn of the late 19th century, featuring a front-gable roof over a central long wagon way with side sheds. A fav sketching spot for Lin Frye, Gwen Renee and me!
