We unpacked the psychology behind decision-making, broke down simple frameworks like the 10/10/10 Rule (how will this very decision affect me 10 mins, 10 months, and/or 10 years from now), HALT, and explored how balancing logic, intuition, and emotions can lead to better life outcomes. The room was filled with bright young adults ready to take ownership of their futures—what a joy to witness!
