Today someone asked me how I made the leap from my 25 year, six-figure job... to full time affiliate marketing.

This person is currently in the same job role I was - in fact, we worked together from 2005 until I quit in 2019. He's still there.

I forgot how scary that leap was! But for me, it was past time to get out of engineering.

I was always considered a star employee who held the highest degree of integrity and work ethic. I earned dozens of achievement awards, always got the highest raises available and even advanced up the ladder a few times.

But somewhere around 2012, I started losing my love for it. The pride in my work was slipping until, by the time I turned in my notice in 2019 - I was a horrible employee.

So for me, it wasn't a very hard decision. Scary yes - but not hard.

I had been working on building up my digital marketing business in the evenings after work, and that digital income had surpassed my "real job" income.

I feel so fortunate to have found the right path, in the form of 2 very special people - my mentors. They have every single detail mapped out in a simple step-by-step process that anyone with ambition can follow.

So when they opened up their training to the world and asked for any students who wanted to help spread the word about it - I JUMPED on it!

I am so honored to share the exact same path - the exact same training (and much more now) that I had. The same process I followed that let me very confidently quit a long, high-paying career that had been supporting my family and I, is now available to you.

I was talking to a friend today about affiliate marketing, and he asked a great question:

"How come more people aren't doing it?"

We're all programmed from little kids to believe that the way to grow up is to get a job, work hard, make your boss happy and you'll climb the ladder.

That's the path I was on until a few years ago when I was able to quit my telecom engineering job. Best thing that I ever did was to learn how to generate traffic, get that traffic to convert, and do it with other people's product.

I wish more of the world weren't so skeptical... I'd love to see everybody succeed! It doesn't take any more work or effort than the old, normal path to success - and I get to define my pay grade :)

Hey, what's up? Barry here... I was just thinking, one of the best things about entrepreneurship is the freedom to be available for my family at any time. We have an ice storm coming in here in NC, so school and after care closed last minute.

To NOT have to ask for a day off, or request a sick day, or try and swing schedules around with my wife.... that's absolutely priceless.
