This was my glamorous 48th birthday….glued to my coach resting after HCI Live with Health Coach Institute Dual Health | Life Coaching Certification], chilly from the 33 degree weather and snow, and just found out we all might have pinworms at home. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!! Don’t believe the glossy beautiful photos you see on Insta (my own included)….entrepreneurship and parenthood are messy messy roller coaster rides!! But I’m grateful for all of it...for my health, for my family, for my friends, for Health Coach Institute Dual Health | Life Coaching Certification] and for my washer and dryer which are about to do multiple loads of sheets and towels.

Another Halloween in the books…almost 4 hours of hardcore trick-or-treating. This is Evie’s Super Bowl - if you come trick or treating with us, bring your walking shoes and your Fitbit. I got 10,000 steps tonight and she got 400 pieces of candy. I actually overheard her say to someone tonight “I’m a fierce trick-or-treater”.

Beautiful hair and makeup from the wonderful for our family photos this year! Okay so truth tho - had a little botox on my forehead a week before our shoot and now my eyebrows are uneven. !!! 🤪😬🤣 good thing my hair is kind of covering it but fingers crossed the official pics don’t look crazy. 🤞🤣 Btw how do celebrities time all the work they have done with all the photos they have to take??? These are the things people (*me*) want to know.

My secret weapon for powerful coaching sessions!

Okay, I’m spilling the tea…or I’m spilling my tea?....or what is it the kids would say about tea?

ANYWAY, I’m sharing my secret behind-the-scenes coaching tool with ya’ll and it’s….drumroll please….ORACLE CARDS!

Now listen, Oracle Cards aren’t everyone’s cup of tea (AGAIN with the tea??) so if this isn’t up your alley (at least I switched from tea) then feel free to keep scrolling.

For those of you who DO like Oracle Cards, then listen up.

In 2012, I wanted to find a way to harness my intuition in my coaching sessions that felt predictable, safe and effective.

A coach colleague told me about , a powerful psychic medium and best-selling author who has created some incredible Oracle Card decks.

As soon as I looked up Colette, I saw she was hosting a training to learn how to read Oracle Cards the following week, and I signed up immediately.

What was I doing?? I barely knew her and I was going to have to get on a plane to fly to this training that I also barely knew anything about. ??!!

But I had this gut feeling that I had to be there. I just knew that she was the one to help me tap into my intuition and give me a system to use it powerfully and predictably in coaching sessions.

That weekend changed my life. Colette taught me how to read Oracle Cards for myself and for others and I was HOOKED.

For years I’ve been pulling Oracle Cards before every coaching session to get a sense of what might come up or what I need to know about my client’s state that would serve them best. No joke, the cards are on point EVERY TIME.
