One day, the exchange year ends.

The family doesn't. ❤️

Our ISE Longhorn Area Rep, Mark Pemberton, is once again enjoying one of his favorite traditions, a reunion with exchange students from past years.

One student wrote:

"These days were just something very special. So many new and familiar faces, warm reunions, and countless beautiful moments together."

That is the goal. Not just one great school year, but friendships that last a lifetime.

Right now, we're in the final days to find host families across Texas. Students are starting to arrive in Texas.

If you've been thinking, "Maybe we should ask a few questions," now is the time.

You don't have to have all the answers. Just an open heart and a place at your table.

Message us anytime. No pressure. La Juan Dixon / 214-478-1042 / [email protected]

And if hosting isn't possible, please share this post. The right family may be just one share away.

Not every exchange student arrives at their forever host family right away.

A welcome family gives them a safe place to land, a warm meal, and a caring home while we find their long-term placement. Sometimes those few weeks turn into friendships that last a lifetime.

Could your family be the first chapter of someone's American story? Message me to learn more. 💙✈️

THE BEST PART IS ALMOST HERE. ❤️

Students are packing their bags and getting ready for that first walk through the airport doors.

New family. New school. New traditions. A whole year of moments they’ll never forget.

Students are arriving soon.

Want to be one of the families waiting on the other side of those airport doors?

Message me. Your exchange year could be about to begin.

I know you may have some questions about hosting.

School is starting soon and we need to find some loving families for some great students.

Your family might be more “host family” than you think.

Pizza for dinner. Laundry on the couch. Sports on Saturday. Netflix on Sunday. A dog that thinks every guest came to see him.

Yep. Your kind of family.

Exchange students aren’t looking for perfect homes, fancy vacations, or parents who have it all together.

They want real American life.

Family dinners. School mornings. Rides in the car. Inside jokes. Holidays. Ordinary days that become some of their favorite memories.

For more than 25 years, I’ve watched families wonder, “Could we really do this?”

Then they host, and suddenly there’s one more kid in the family photos.

If you’ve been watching these student profiles and wondering if hosting could work for your family, message me. Let’s talk.
