Reminder for practices this week

Monday thru Friday. 8-11 am all 5 days.

Tomorrow will be a brief helmet fitting at 11 right as practice ends. Should not take very long.

Any player who does not have a complete physical by August 1st will not be able to fully participate until one is completed and turned in.

We will also be sending home emergency medical forms to be filled out and returned from each player.

Weekly Schedule July 20th - July 25th

Monday- 7 on 7 at Valley High school. 7 pm start time. 3:30 report time. Remember to wear grey 7 on 7 shorts and black shorts.

Tuesday- off

Wednesday- 8-10 am. Weights and field work.

Thursday- 7 on 7 at coal grove. 5:30 pm start. 3:45 report time.

Friday-7 on 7 at Raceland. 10 am start. 8 am report time.

Saturday- 7 on 7 at Wellston. 10 am start. Report time 7:30 am.

Tomorrow, Saturday July 11th, we will travel to compete in Rio Grandes 7 on 7. Players need to be at the school at 1pm with grey 7 on 7 shirts. The location is Rio grande college. Address is

There is a player waiver form that must be signed by a parent or guardian before participation if a player is under 18 years old. Coach Ferguson will have copies of them when athletes arrive at school tomorrow and once arriving at Rio Grande. These forms must be signed before athletes can compete.

Fairland 7v7 tonight no bus available.

We do not have a driver tonight. We need players to be at the locker room by 4:15 so we will be carpooling/caravaning in to proctorville from there. Please comment below if you will be able to be there still with this change for transportation.
