🎭 You’re Invited to Psalty’s Camping Adventure!

Huxley, one of our students at the Reading Therapy Center, and 17 other kids have been working extremely hard to prepare for their upcoming performance of Psalty’s Camping Adventure!

📍 Community Christian School of Willmar (CCS)

Follow Psalty, the Singing Songbook, and his dog, Blooper, as they lead a group of kids on an outdoor mountain hike. Along the way, they learn valuable biblical lessons about problem-solving, trusting God, and working together.

Bring your family and friends for an evening filled with laughter, music, fun, and a powerful message about God’s love from the actors at ATLAS of West Central Minnesota!

An unlikely relationship is forged in the quirky tourist shop called “A Little Piece of Heaven.” Restless biker Mike, who works in the shop, finds a friend in the sassy elderly Lily, although their relationship certainly doesn’t start out that way. But there’s something odd about this little shop owned by the equally odd Elizabeth and Henry. Suspicion and disagreement turn to respect and trust in this place where long lost things are finally found. Heartwarming and wholesome.

Story time turned into spa time! 💕 After reading a story about a beauty shop, we got a special facial done by local MARY KAY consultant, Fern! She came with products, taught us importance of skin care and spoke truth of beauty being within than just putting on makeup. Thank you, Fern!!

Kaitlyn joined our staff more recently in 2024. We’re grateful for the quiet way she encourages students to do their best work. An interesting fact that some may not know about her is that she is an author of several books that are published. She uses her strength of writing in her work every day with students. Thanks for blessing our students in your work with them and passing on your love for books to them!

We are celebrating 11 years of having the privilege of working with Mindy at the Reading Therapy Center. Mindy has a way of connecting with students and challenging them to think deeper and learn beyond what they thought they could do. Thanks for helping our students reach for the stars as you work each day with them to overcome obstacles!

Angie is celebrating 20 years of work at the Reading Therapy Center as an instructor and 6 years as the teacher at the Sarah Ann School! What a gifted educator we have who brings life and positivity to our workplace and into each life she touches. She has a special ability to meet each student where they are and draw out their potential in encouraging, motivating ways. Even when it’s a struggle, students end up seeing success when they are under the care and instruction of Angie. Thanks for sharing your gifts with us and our students!
