Customized Training at Ridgewater College is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Instructor to support our Nursing Assistant program and help address the growing demand for skilled healthcare professionals.

This is a contract, per-cohort opportunity ideal for experienced RNs—especially those with long-term care experience—who are interested in teaching and workforce development.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:
• Teach 40 hours over 8 weeks (~5.5 hours/session)
• Flexible scheduling to fit your availability
• Instruction includes both classroom and hands-on skills training
• $3,000 per class cohort
• Locations: Willmar, Hutchinson, and Buffalo

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Active RN license
• 2+ years RN experience
• 1+ year in long-term care preferred
Teaching experience is preferred, but not required—training is provided.
