Willits Area SAL-MOSKA “Free Okinawan Karate and Kenpo Self Defense Classes.” Thursday evenings at the Willits Body Works Gym & Martial Arts Center in association with the Mendocino County Sheriff's Youth Activities League (SAL/PAL). Three training times listed below.
1.) Little Dragons Small Child “PreSkillz” Karate Class, 6pm to 6:30 pm, ages 3, 4, 5, 6 (7) year-olds.
2.) Beginner/intermediate Class, 7/8 years and above, 6:35 pm to 7:50 pm.
3.) Intermediate/Advance Class, all ages, 8 pm to 9 pm, and/or by Sensei recommendation.
"Classes are free to the public." There is a $20 Annual Insurance/Registration Fee (Yearly) for this SAL Program - which can be waived in the best interest of the student.

2026 New revitalized Willits SAL Boxing Program with Coach Alex Estrada, Friday nights 6:30 pm to 8 pm at the Body Works Gym. Coach Alex, Pastor Calvary Church in Willits, was a PAL Boxing Youth in Sunnyvale, CA when he was younger. Maybe try the training on Friday. SAL Youth Ages 6 to 17 years. 🤗👊🇺🇸
