Tiny Dreamers in Early Childhood, LLC is currently seeking a career motivated professional to join our team - we are early educators and take our work very seriously. The right candidate will commit to consistently working their scheduled hours each week and minimize call outs or absence as consistent attendance supports a foundation that will create strong trust relationships with children and peers; is flexible and adaptable; understand that scheduled hours are always subject to change, as is classroom placement. We need someone to join our team who can be here and be present with the children. This is an excellent chance to join a friendly, vibrant and dynamic team environment. We are a very small, licensed center looking for the perfect candidate to fill this permanent position within our program - ideal candidate would be someone seeking to start in, and remain in the field, and further their education to move up the career ladder and qualify as a Lead Teacher. Consistency is critical to the overall success in the childcare environment and something we really value - so we need someone who wants to remain in the field and work their way up. Our small program cares for children ages six weeks through Preschool Age. Tiny Dreamers looks for caregivers that encourage children to make their own choices and take appropriate risks to further their development at their own pace. We also look for a strong growth mindset and communication skills in our teachers so that the program continues to thrive and change as the dynamics of families change. Our program is fully inclusive and supports families of diverse backgrounds and cultures.

EXPERIENCE working in direct care with PRESCHOOL AGE children is REQUIRED for this position. Preschool age children are naturally active and curious about their whole world. We need someone who is comfortable guiding children using their own interests and identity to empower them and build an environment that allows for success, that's why experience with this age group is a MUST!

MUST be at least 18 years of age, with high school diploma or GED. This is a Vermont State Regulation and is not negotiable (A copy of diploma or GED must be provided upon hire).

MUST have already completed the Vermont State Orientation Training, the Mandated Reporting Training and; and a 3-Credit course in Child Development, OR the 45-hour Fundamentals Course.

MUST be First Aid /CPR certified within 3 months of hire. This is a Vermont State Regulation and is not negotaible.

This is a Full-time, M-F, 40-hour per week position

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Tiny Dreamers in Early Childhood, LLC is currently seeking two (2) highly motivated professionals to join our team for Monday through Friday positions - an 8:00-5:00 team member and and 8:30-5:30 team member. Staff are scheduled for 40-hour weeks, 9-hour daily shifts and get to enjoy a 1-hour break each day to themselves and when staffing allows, brief, paid stress breaks. The right candidates will commit to consistently working their scheduled hours each week and minimize call outs or absence as consistent attendance supports a foundation that will create strong trust relationships with children and peers; be willing to be flexible as hours are always subject to change, as is classroom placement. We need people to join our team who can be here and be present with the children. This is an excellent chance to join a friendly, vibrant and dynamic team environment who values it’s people, their mental well being, preventing burnout, and therefore allowing the right environment and mental space to make real connections with each other, the families we serve and our community! Tiny Dreamers in the heart of Williston village is looking to bring on some new team members. We are a small program serving children 6 weeks through age 5. We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals seeking a career in the Early Childhood Field. The right candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and be willing to complete a background check, fingerprinting, and all required trainings and professional development to maintain a position per licensing requirements. Experience with children prefered, but bot required. The current positions we are looking to fill are part-time, per diem, and will shift to full time in the next few months. We are remodeling space to be the permanent home of our preschool age classroom and once this remodel is completed and approved by licensing, we will be assigning full time staff to their permanent classroom placements. Our ideal candidates would be willing to come on board now, fill in, in different classrooms to get a feel for our flow and routine, cover time off, and work on professional development so when the transition occurs we will have trained and ready people to take on full time hours! Serious inquiry only! Working with children is extremely rewarding and fulfilling work, and working in the early childhood field goes beyond babysitting and playing with kiddos (but of course play is a requirement 😊). We are looking for a motivated, energetic, reliable individual to join our family. This position is a Full time, M-F, 8:15-5:15 position. We are a small licensed center, expanding to add a preschool age classroom. We are looking to hire for our 2’s room because our current assistant will be moving to a Lead position when we open that new classroom. The right individual will be flexible, self-motivated, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and looking to advance their career in the early childhood field. Must be willing to take all required trainings and maintain professional development requirements. Full time employees will be eligible for paid time off, paid holidays, and paid trainings (restrictions apply), after 90 days of successful employment. Experience with young children preferred!
