Tiny Dreamers in Early Childhood, LLC is currently seeking a career motivated professional to join our team - we are early educators and take our work very seriously. EXPERIENCE working in direct care with PRESCHOOL AGE children is REQUIRED for this position. Preschool age children are naturally active and curious about their whole world. We need someone who is comfortable guiding children using their own interests and identity to empower them and build an environment that allows for success, that's why experience with this age group is a MUST!
MUST be at least 18 years of age, with high school diploma or GED. This is a Vermont State Regulation and is not negotiable (A copy of diploma or GED must be provided upon hire).
MUST have already completed the Vermont State Orientation Training, the Mandated Reporting Training and; and a 3-Credit course in Child Development, OR the 45-hour Fundamentals Course.
MUST be First Aid /CPR certified within 3 months of hire. This is a Vermont State Regulation and is not negotaible.
This is a Full-time, M-F, 40-hour per week position

Tiny Dreamers in the heart of Williston village is looking to bring on some new team members. We are a small program serving children 6 weeks through age 5. We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals seeking a career in the Early Childhood Field. The right candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and be willing to complete a background check, fingerprinting, and all required trainings and professional development to maintain a position per licensing requirements. Experience with children prefered, but bot required. The current positions we are looking to fill are part-time, per diem, and will shift to full time in the next few months. We are remodeling space to be the permanent home of our preschool age classroom and once this remodel is completed and approved by licensing, we will be assigning full time staff to their permanent classroom placements. Our ideal candidates would be willing to come on board now, fill in, in different classrooms to get a feel for our flow and routine, cover time off, and work on professional development so when the transition occurs we will have trained and ready people to take on full time hours! Working with children is extremely rewarding and fulfilling work, and working in the early childhood field goes beyond babysitting and playing with kiddos (but of course play is a requirement 😊). We are looking for a motivated, energetic, reliable individual to join our family. This position is a Full time, M-F, 8:15-5:15 position. We are a small licensed center, expanding to add a preschool age classroom. We are looking to hire for our 2’s room because our current assistant will be moving to a Lead position when we open that new classroom. The right individual will be flexible, self-motivated, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and looking to advance their career in the early childhood field. Must be willing to take all required trainings and maintain professional development requirements. Full time employees will be eligible for paid time off, paid holidays, and paid trainings (restrictions apply), after 90 days of successful employment. Experience with young children preferred!
