WSC Foundation & Alumni Association The WSC Foundation is a nonprofit agency that manages donations made by community members and alumni to the college and its students.

We identify wise investments, and fund student scholarship, quality faculty, and capital improvements to WSC. The Williston State College Foundation works to keep the college competitive and comprehensive in today’s ever-changing market by developing a strong liberal arts transfer program, advanced science and technology, and technical and trade specialization, while making Williston State a regional center for educational, cultural and recreational activity.

This past weekend, we held the All-Time Teton Volleyball Reunion. Thank you to everyone who was able to attend! We honored the 1976 team and inducted the 2006 team into the Teton Hall of Fame, along with Jaden Lynch and Katie Nice. It was wonderful to see all these ladies come together, share stories, enjoy laughs, and have a great time!

Some of the ladies organized a fun throwback volleyball tournament, and let’s just say they still have it! This truly was a memorable weekend.

As they say, "Once a Teton, always a Teton!" 💚🖤🏐

We are proud to feature David Njos, a Williston, ND native whose incredible artistic talent and dedication have left a lasting mark on our community.
David graduated from Williston High School, then attended UND-W (Williston State College), and later attended the Colorado Institute of Art. He also proudly served in the U.S. Army, doing a tour in Vietnam.
Throughout his career, David has created remarkable works of art using wood, metal, glass, leather, pen & ink, watercolor, and pencil. His creativity and craftsmanship can be seen throughout the Williston community.
Some of David’s most notable projects include:
🌾 Wheat Monument
🇺🇸 Vietnam-Korean Monument
⛪ Church railings at First Lutheran Church
🪨 Clark’s Table iron sculpture at Williston State College
His work tells stories, honors history, and showcases the incredible talent found right here in our community.
📍 David’s artwork is still on display at the James Memorial Art Center in Williston until 4:00 p.m. tomorrow.

The State of the City Address took place today, featuring presentations from several local leaders, including Anna Nelson, Director of Williston Economic Development; Dr. Germundson, Superintendent of Williston Public School District 7; Joe Barsh, Executive Director of Williston Parks and Recreation District; City Commissioner Brad Beckedahl; and Mayor Howard Klug.

There are many incredible developments occurring in Williston, and I am so proud to be a part of this community.
