Loving my new dress! This is the Hopeful Frock pattern by Flux Bene - you upcycle an old shirt and turn it into something new! The pockets are the best!!

The hat is the Sulis Hat by Pattern Fantastique! I added a little removable scarf :D it’s been great for keeping bugs away!

I’m thinking about doing a Hopeful Frock class - would anyone be interested? It was such fun to make! :D

Lots of fun classes this summer! If your kiddo needs something to do in between camps, check it out! There will be a weekly Wednesday morning class, as well as some one-off themed classes usually on Fridays and Saturdays. There’s also a teen intro to sewing! Everything is posted on the website! :D

Let’s make some summer shorts!

Get ready for summer and make your own shorts!! These shorts will feature an elastic waist and pockets! This is a 4 hour class - it’s long! But we will make sure to take breaks often and in the end everyone will finish a pair of super rad shorts!

Working on some fun pants! Pirate pants? Clown pants? Maybe a little of both hahaha! :D The pattern is the Arthur Pants from Sew Liberated, the fabric from Fluid and Drape last year! :D

Learn all the basics in this 3hr workshop! We will learn how to set up and thread the sewing machine, do some practice, and then cut out and make a reversible tote bag! This is a great class to dip your toes into the world of sewing and see what it’s all about!

Have a sewing project that you need some help on? Come to our assisted open studio session! Work on any project or projects that you want with an instructor there to answer any questions you have. Enjoy some social time with other sewing enthusiasts and finish up those projects you’ve been meaning to get done! This class is offered once a month, so save up your questions and join the fun! :D
