👊 It all started with one invitation.

15 years ago, someone invited Mark to try CrossFit. He showed up, gave it a chance, and he’s been hooked ever since. 💪

Today, you’ll find him in our 11 a.m. class at CrossFit Conroe. What keeps him coming back? The community, the friendships, and the challenge of becoming a little better every day. ❤️
