Here at Tiny Zenses, we really focus on the development and early learning of even the tiniest learners.

Board books are best for young readers, they are easier to handle and turn the pages for smaller hands who are still developing their fine motor skills. Board books definitely last longer than paper back & are easier to clean.
*Tips for Early Readers*
* I always encourage parents to create a small library to expose the babies to early reading skills. Any small basket/ area where the books are in reach will work for a cozy reading space. *Always model how to hold the book, flip through the pages and take care of the books.
*When looking for age appropriate books, be sure to look for books that have one word or one sentence on each page as well as simple pictures to keep the child focus on the words.

*Last tip for early readers, always point to each word you read so children can follow and develop one to one correspondence.
