💧 Hydrate now: Chugging water right before or during class just means it’ll slosh around mid-roll and make you sick. Start pushing fluids and electrolytes early.

🥗 Eat light: Keep it clean. Don’t waste energy digesting a heavy meal while trying to survive a round.
