We are small class sized preschool for children ages 3-5. Children must be fully potty trained to enroll. Our school year runs from September to June. ool calendar. Little Chicks is all about having fun and learning at the same time. Your child will do lots of fun activities ..learn about the world around them..make new friends and have the readiness for Kindergarten! We offer a variety of classes Monday through Friday with a choice of 9-12pm or 9-2pm. Whether you are looking for your child to start with two days, three days or even five days a week... all classes provide a combination of academics including Phonics, Math, Art, Science, Social Studies, Music & Gym. We have Circle time everyday where we like to call the "hub" of our day! During Circle Time we will learn our letter, shape and color of the week. They will also learn about the weather, seasons and days of the week. Number sequencing will be introduced along with story time everyday. Each child is provided with a snack & juice daily. Each child will bring his/her lunch if they are staying in our 9-2 pm program. Each week your child will have a Childrens Bible Study Lesson. Teaching them how much Jesus loves them and doing fun activities will be a blessing! I have worked with the Monroe Twp school district for over 5 years and have knowledge and experience in Elementary & Special Education as well. I love my job and I love the smiles on the children. It was our last camp for the Summer so we made sure to enjoy every moment. For some it was their last camp with us before starting Kindergarten in September! Our theme was Faith on the Farm. From cows to pigs to chickens and learning how to husk corn we had so much fun! At Art time we learned C is for cow. We used our C shaped paper plate and turned it into a cow using glue sticks. We gave our cows plenty of spots and two horns to make it the perfect cow! We looked at all different kinds of animals that live on a farm and how important the job of a farmer was. From taking care of the animals to keeping their fields full of fruits and vegetables ready to eat. We had fun cleaning our own farm animals which always helps keep our classroom toys shiny and clean. For Science we explored the life of planting veggies like carrots during an Art activity using our dabbers and topping the carrots with green yarn. One of our centers was counting corn, but making it fun by having a real corn stalk so we could see it ..touch it..and learn how to husk it! Our Little Chicks loved this! During Gym time we went outside and learned how to hop along our hula hoops and making sure all the chicken eggs were being picked up! We had our fun Friday having ice cream day for snack and making the cutest farmers in their big red barn! Finally our Bible lesson was all about the musically talented shepherd boy named David. He was the smallest of all his strong older brothers, but God had a plan for David. A prophet named Samuel came to David's house looking to see who God was planning to anoint as the next King. Now you would think God would choose the tallest and strongest, but the Lord doesnt look at our outward appearance..He looks at our heart. Even though David was small ..he had a heart for the Lord! That day David was chosen as the next King of the land of Israel! His heart was BIG! Thank you to all of our families for a great Summer! We truly enjoyed seeing our butterflies one more time before Kindergarten and meeting our new caterpillars coming in Sept! Looking forward to another amazing school year! See you then🥰 Blessings!!

Ahoy Matey! It's time to climb aboard our Pirate ship and have so much fun at Camp! Art time was a blast making a toucan and a great white shark! From colorful feathers to big sharp teeth we had fun creating these two creatures! Gym day we used our balancing skills and walked the plank hoping not to fall into the great ocean below. Our Little Chick pirates came prepared with their pirate hats and some even wearing their eye patches to help them walk that plank! The best part about being a pirate is going on a treasure hunt! We looked at our treasure map and saw that X marked the spot. Under the big umbrella tree laid tiny treasure chests filled with much treasure! This was a great opportunity to have our Bible lesson on what is Gods treasure? As we opened our boxes we saw coins and marbles, but most importantly was a heart! See that is the greatest treasure God could ever have is our heart. He doesn't need anything else! Another story we learned about was the story of Zacchaeus. He was a tax collector , but wasn't being fair in how much he was taking. It really wasn't about the taxes..it was about Zacchaeus heart posture. Jesus saw Zacchaeus and told him he knew his name and knew what Zacchaeus was doing. That day Zacchaeus heart was turned because He loved God🥰 Finally we put on our fancy pirate hats and used our tapping sticks to follow along rhythm motions! We love Danny Go in our class and love dancing along to his great music! One last camp to go so we will see you soon! Blessings to all!

Happy Summer Fun as we had Camp #1! Our theme was Dr. Seuss on the Loose. We had our returning Little Chicks and some new faces joining us in the Fall! We are so happy you are here!! Art time was exploring Dr. Seuss characters and we used our glue sticks and paint to make Cat in the Hat and Horton!! Fork painting was introduced and we let our Little Chicks be their own artist! Hat days and crazy hair/ socks days were fun from spiked hair to wake up in the morning hair then dog socks to mismatched socks. Wednesday was wacky Wednesday so it was dress yourself day! Outside time was filled with parachute time and making wind to keep us cool:)) Science day was learning how to make our own bubbles. They loved stirring up bubbles and blowing on them🥰 Finally we ended our week with our Bible lesson on Joseph. We know Joseph went through many different seasons in his life some good and some bad, but God never left his side. It was an opportunity to look at our own feelings and how God gives them to us to express ourselves. Joseph story ends with forgiveness to those who hurt him. What a great God we serve who sees our hearts and knows how to help us! Looking forward to our next camp!! Thank you all for your continued support!! Blessings!!

Well the time has come to say our goodbyes, but not without many laughs and making silly faces to head into Summer!! We are so blessed with amazing families and the best Little Chicks! God truly is good ALL the time. We see Him in our class through kindness, joy, prayer and new friendships🥰 It has been a fantastic year full of new adventures and watching each and every Little Chick become confident in all things! It was time to fly as we looked at the marvelous creature that comes in all different sizes and brilliant colors..the bird. We learned about big birds like a flamingo to the tiniest bird like a humming bird! At Art time we made birds nest picking our favorite color bird. For Science we explored the humming bird and learned that their eggs are the size of a jellybean! As Summer is knocking on the door we made sure to remind our Little Chicks to have fun, but more importantly to stay safe! We gave our high five safety rules from only swimming with a grown up to always wearing our helmet for safety! Using our star stickers and crayons we decorated our own helmets whether for our scooter or bike! The weather was hot so we tried to stay in the shade for a good game of giant jenga and working together as a team to make the biggest tower. We have had many Bible lessons this past year, but our final Bible lesson will always be the most important one. Knowing how much Jesus loves you from your head to your toes is the one thing we want our Little Chicks to always remember! Have the best Summer! Our school days are running out of numbers!! We have been keeping so busy continuing to learn and enjoy every minute with our friends! Spring has brought us sunshine..longer daylight and lots of outside time! We looked at buzzing bees to tiny ants carrying treats! At Art time we made our adorable bees and used our writing prompt to see what each ant would carry. They came out so cute! For Mothers Day we planted our flowers and made handprint bags with love! During the month of May we celebrated Memorial day and everything Red, white and blue. Looking at our American flag we learned how many stripes and stars are waving on it! We continued our patriotic theme for our last Show and tell of the year. From American flags to In God we trust signs we shared America! Next our caterpillars had finally arrived so we could investigate just how does a caterpillar become a beautiful butterfly. For Science time we made our life cycle charts using pasta for our chrysalis and butterfly. Over the two weeks we watched our butterflies emerge out and open their wings to show off their beauty. As we always do it was time to let our butterflies fly high outside! In between we lolked at the extinct animals that roamed the Earth...dinosaurs. We made our own volcano while watching a real one explode too! Next we moved deep down under the ocean in the big open sea to explore what lies beneath the surface. From an octopus changing its colors to the biggest animal in the ocean the great whale we learned all about sea life! At Art time we used Legos to create starfish and paper plates to make our squiggly jelly fish! Finally we had two great weeks in Gods word! Our first Bible lesson was about Joseph. The story tells us about the beautiful coat that Joseph was given by his father, but there was a problem. It was causing jealousy amongst his brothers and they decided to come up with a plan for Joseph demise. BUT GOD had different plans for Joseph placing him head of the local food pantry which was greatly needed during a famine in Egypt. I love Gods sense of humor as he brings Joseph's brothers back in his life because they were in need of food. Joseph gave the greatest gift we can give to others..forgiveness. What his brothers meant to do for bad..God used it for good! Next we learned about the famous Jonah..you remember the guy who didn't want to listen to God in his own stubbornness so he ran! BUT GOD had a different plan too...through a storm..a trip over board and spending three days praying in a giant fish...Jonah finally listened to Gods plan and not his own. Our Little Chicks love our great God and we are blessed to have the freedom of prayer! Blessings to all! See you soon! ❤️

What a day!!
We serve a BIG GOD!! Even with the clouds above us our Little Chicks had a blast at our Annual Spring trip to Storybook Land! Lots of smiles and making so many memories! From the Bubble dragon roller coaster to the turtle tilt a whirl there was so many things to see and do! Looking forward to next year again!! Thank you parents for braving the forecast with us!! It turned out just as God had planned❤️❤️
