Our PTA officers are elected to carry out 2 year terms. Here is who will be working very hard to make sure your students have the best years ever!
Meet your officers!
🐝 Jen Wilt, Treasurer
Jen Wilt is excited to serve as PTA Treasurer. With more than 15 years of experience in banking and finance, she brings a strong understanding of budgeting, financial organization, and responsible money management to the role.
She is employed with OhioRISE as a Care Coordinator and married with 2 children. She is a mental health advocate and is a great addition to our crew!
As a mom and member of the Williamstown Elementary School community, Jen cares deeply about supporting students, teachers, and families. She is looking forward to using her background to help the PTA stay organized, transparent, and focused on funding events, programs, and opportunities that benefit the children and school.
🐝 Candice Grose, Secretary
Candice has been involved with PTA for many years and has served as the secretary for the last 2 years. She has a background and degree in elementary education with a strong commitment to serving her community. Candice is a married mother of three children. She is an integral part of Mommy Mart and can be found helping out there as well.
We are so thankful to have Candice as a part of our team. She is the lead in our Santa Shop which brings so much magic and joy to the students while teaching them the importance of giving. As a previous teacher herself, she is able to connect with the staff on a special level.
🐝 Erica Gaston, Vice President
Erica has been VP for the last two years and continues to serve not only with PTA, but she is also the President of the Williamstown Soccer Club and serves on the Wood County Soccer Association board. Erica makes a huge impact with our area soccer club, not only as a coach, but as the point person to help make soccer a success. Erica is a married mother of 3 children.
She has been an active supporter of Williamstown and continues to do her best each day. She is excited to take the lead in this year’s Halloween Bash and make it a night everyone will enjoy. We couldn’t be more pleased to have her in this community.
🐝 Miranda Wilson, President
Miranda has been involved with PTA for several years, as a member, VP, and president. This is her second term as president. Miranda is a full-time school psychologist who is married with two children. She is the VP of the Williamstown Soccer Club and serves on the Wood County Soccer Association board. She is currently finishing up her doctorate and dissertation in trauma. She is also an active member on the Ohio School Psychologist Association executive board and is their PR chair. Miranda also volunteers her time to be a part of the LSIC committee for WES.
While this is her last term with PTA due to her children going on to middle/high school, she is beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to help bring some happiness to the students at WES. From snakes and armadillos to dances and festivals, it has been an incredible time.
