Mustang Band Family,

Thank you. Thank you for your support. Thank you for taking a chance on me. Thank you for accepting myself and my family as one of your own. Working with each and every student in the Palmetto area has been one of the greatest joys of my young career, and I cannot thank all of you enough.

To the Parents, Thank You for sharing your students with me. They are some of the hardest workers I have ever met, and that is a reflection of the ideals you instill in them.

To Palmetto Middle, Thank You for welcoming me into the Mustang Family. You have made me and my family feel so welcome and I cannot thank this community enough for the support we have received.

To the Students, THANK YOU MOST OF ALL! Your commitment to growth and musicianship has blown me away. Never lose the spark you have for your craft. Whether you continue performing in a musical ensemble or not, please always use the passion you showed this year to drive your future. I am so excited to see the growth you ALL continue to make, and I am endlessly proud of you and grateful for each and every one of you.

As I continue on my next journey, I sincerely hope that you continue with music in some capacity. You are such incredibly talented musicians, but even better people. Never lose that. Thank you SO much, and GO MUSTANG BAND!

Best,
-Mr. Hamlyn

Mustang Band Family,

Hey everyone! We’re launching a fun and easy fundraiser for the Mustang Band, and we need your help to make it a huge success!

How It Works
📅 Each student gets a calendar with different dollar amounts on the days of the month.
💰 Ask family, friends, and neighbors to sponsor a day by donating that amount. (Example: If they pick the 10th, they donate $10!)
🌎 Online payment is available! Use the QR Code on the back of the envelope to pay online!

Why This Matters
Every dollar raised goes straight to the band to support your student’s music education journey! This fundraiser helps cover:
🎶 New music & equipment
🚍 Trips and special opportunities
🥇 Making our band program even stronger!

Rewards & Incentives
We’re keeping this exciting with prizes for top fundraisers, class-wide rewards, and even some crazy surprises if we hit our biggest goals! (Let’s just say, if we reach $5,000, you won’t want to miss what happens to Mr. Hamlyn… 👀) Individual and group prizes will be announced MONDAY!

Let’s Make It Happen!
Imagine what we can accomplish if everyone pitches in! Whether you fill your whole calendar or just raise a little, every bit helps. Let’s show everyone what the Mustang Band can do! If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to reach out!

📢 Fundraiser runs all of March! Start reaching out today!
