Thank you to our AMAZING students and families for making Open House such a fantastic night! 🧡🩵 The turnout was incredible, and there was nothing better than seeing our students back in the building and feeling the excitement for what’s ahead!

Our teachers and staff have been working hard and are READY. Now, all we need is one thing… OUR STUDENTS!

We can’t wait to officially kick off our very first school year as Martin Innovative Early College High School on Monday morning! Let’s make it a year to remember! GO GATORS!! 💡🎓🐊

Aargh, he’s going to be an ECU Pirate! 🏴‍☠️💜💛 The wait is officially over! Martin Innovative Early College High School senior Jordan Matthewson has made his long-awaited athletic commitment to continue his football career at the next level. After narrowing it down to an impressive final five—Coastal Carolina, Duke, ECU, JMU, and ODU—Jordan is taking his talents right next door to Greenville, NC!!

Jordan’s commitment is the direct result of relentless hard work, both on and off the field. A bold, dedicated leader whose intense training shows up on every single play, he is equally driven in the classroom as he works toward earning his Associate Degree from MCC. Jordan brings incredible grit and passion to game day while quietly setting the standard on campus as a humble yet fierce young man.

We couldn't be prouder of Jordan's accomplishments and we are so excited to watch his future unfold!

It's a GREAT day to be a Martin County Gator, and an even better day to welcome a new Pirate! 🧡🩵🐊➡️💜💛🏴‍☠️

Hello Martin Innovative Early College High School students and families! Please read all of this message for important information about MCC classes!

YOUR MCC CLASSES START AUGUST 17.

Be sure to pay your tech fee so you can pick up your Chromebook and charger. Visit www.martin.k12.nc.us and click the button that reads PAY ONLINE. Students were also sent and email and a post in Google Classroom with a link. (please disregard previously shared links or QR codes as we now have a new payment system...we apologize for any inconvenience or confusion)

If you need to pay cash, please come to Innovation Campus before 1:30 pm and see Mrs. Whitley at the front desk.

Once your tech fee is paid, you can get your Chromebook and charger from the Innovation Campus between 8:30am-3:30pm this week.

If you have an older school-issued Chromebook and charger, you will need to turn it in to pick up a new device from the Innovation Campus once your fee is paid.

✨ SENIOR YEAR STARTS NOW! 🎓

What a powerhouse evening at our MIECHS Senior Meeting last week! The Class of 2027 came ready to take charge of their future as they prepare to wrap up their early college journey.

A huge thank you to our incredible lineup of presenters who made the night a huge success! Dr. Burruss got everyone squared away on Martin Community College logistics, while Mrs. Modlin inspired our seniors to dive into post-grad planning. Amy Denton from CFNC explained all things regarding applying for college, and Jason Hogan from Jostens officially got us hyped for cap and gown season!

These young adults are prepared, inspired, and officially ready to dominate senior year. Let’s make it one for the history books! Go Gators! 🎓🐊💡

🎉 A huge shoutout to the amazing Martin Innovative Early College High School Class of 2030! On August 6th, our freshmen officially locked in their commitment to excellence at Orientation & Signing Day.

Not only did our students learn how to navigate high school and earn academic honors, but they also met with our MCC Liaison to get college-ready! From Moodle tips to syllabus strategy, these 9th graders are hitting the ground running and starting college coursework in just two weeks!

With signed contracts, big smiles, and unstoppable energy, our freshmen are fully prepped for Day One. Let's make this year extraordinary! 🐊

Huge shoutout to our incredible incoming Martin Innovative Early College Program freshmen who joined us on August 5th for Orientation & Signing Day!

Our 9th graders learned the ropes—from high school graduation requirements and academic honors to stepping up to Martin Community College courses! They flashed big smiles, signed their commitment contracts, and officially kicked off their journey to success.

The energy was unmatched, and these students are prepped, motivated, and officially ready for Day One! Let's do this! 🐊

Martin County Schools is making it easy for families to get ready for the new school year with a floating Infinite Campus Parent Night on Thursday, August 13, from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
There is no set arrival time — simply stop by any time between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. when it works best for your schedule.
