Are you unsure about how TRANSFERS work? Don't be, it's simple. If you pay cash on board the bus you can get a paper transfer ONLY IF YOU ARE COMPLETING your oneway trip. The bus operator will not issue transfers for Token Transit App users, Token Transit Smart Card users or Tap to Pay riders.

Transfers are not to be used for other trips, they are only to complete your oneway trip.

Learn more on our website! https://ridervt.com/news/2026/09/understanding-transfers/
