🦋 Butterfly Tagging is Almost Here! 🦋

Join the Pickaway County Park District for an exciting afternoon of catching butterflies and contributing to real monarch migration research! Learn how scientists track monarch populations, safely catch and tag butterflies, and discover why these incredible pollinators travel thousands of miles each fall.

Our community celebrated Darbyville's Bicentenial on Sat 7/25! Darbyville's 200th Anniversary is today 7/27!
The dedication at the Muhlenberg Township house was for a plaque honoring Joseph Fissel. He was the youngest drummer boy and youngest Civil War soldier from Ohio.

11:30 am: Dedication of plaque to honor Joseph Fissel- youngest Civil War soldier & drummer boy at Mulenburg Township House. Joseph Fissel's drum will be at the Township house.
12:00: Celebration with music, fun and food at Darbyville Park.
