The Marching Patriots are the most visible piece of the University of the Cumberlands music program. The Band provides musical entertainment and school spirit at all home football games and frequently perform exhibitions at area high school marching band competitions.

Come support your 2026 Marching Patriots as we cheer on the UC Football team tonight! Join us for our Pregame show at 6:40 PM. Aswell as our 2026 show “Summer Blockbuster Hits” featuring The Mandalorian, Beat it, and The Theme From Spider-man.

University Band (Community Band) will start meeting Monday, September 14. Enrolling in University Band will count towards your Aesthetic Arts Requirements. It meets on Mondays from 7:00pm-8:30pm in the Recital Hall in the Music Building.

University Band is also the Community Band so anyone can come and participate. Course number is MUPR 108.

Yes, we want you to join our band! UC Marching Band Camp starts next week! It is not too late to join and to receive a scholarship. We are very close to having 70 in the band this year! Scholarships available. We have available spots in Colorguard, Brass, Woodwinds, Drumline, and feature twirlers!
