Learning/practice vice performance zones.

I had one student place a cute, small stuffed animal on her shoulder to offer the cue that prevented an ongoing issue. If you listen through to midway, you'll hear about a famous orator who did something similar .. CG, aren't you glad I didn't use a suspended sword?

Simply presented description of increasing myelin development on axons (more accurate than "neurons") and improved efficiency practice techniques. NO MORE DRILLING for long periods of time! Concentration and focus, multiple shorter practice sessions per day, visualization, and preventing errors from the beginning makes for more efficient practice!
