The William & Mary Chapter of ACS seeks to provide students with a forum to discuss and learn about pressing legal issues and their social ramifications. The society sponsors prominent speakers to come to campus and educate the Law School community on a variety of constitutional issues.

As former clerks for Supreme Court Justices, Professors Larsen and Crocker have valuable knowledge to share about their individual experiences and what clerking is like at the highest level, as well as provide advice for those who are interested in clerking after graduation.

For 1L’s, this is also a great opportunity to get to know some W&M Professors whose classes you may take in upcoming years.

Hi all! On Wednesday August 31st, the American Constitution Society and If/When/How will be co-hosting “What Happens Now? Reproductive Justice After Roe v. Wade” in Room 120 during the lunch hour. Come hear from Professors Larsen and Devins about the implications of the Dobbs decision throughout the country, and hear from Jamie Lockhart (Executive Director of Planned Parenthood Virginia) about what is going on in Virginia right now.
